Editorial and corrections policy
We publish a settlement record only after reviewing a court-authorized administrator website, court document or regulator’s official page. Each record identifies its sources and the date we checked them.
We distinguish open claims, closed claims, automatic payments, continuing benefits, proposed settlements and pending litigation. A hearing date is not a claim deadline. A proposed settlement is not an approved payment, and a settlement fund is not an individual payout.
Unknown amounts, deadlines and proof requirements remain unknown. We do not create an estimated payout formula unless the assumptions are supplied by the user and clearly labeled as a worksheet. We do not turn missing evidence into a no-receipt claim.
Earlier unsourced records have been removed. This directory is not exhaustive and is not a real-time feed. Source availability checks cannot substitute for reviewing amended notices and court orders.
For corrections, send the page URL and a primary-source link. Do not send private case files or personal account information.
