Questions about this program
Does requesting a refund cancel my subscription?
No. Refund requests and subscription cancellation are separate. If you were charged for a subscription you no longer want, cancel the subscription separately.
Are all purchases refundable?
No. Some purchases might be eligible for a refund. Eligibility varies by country or region and is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
What if I can't find the charge on reportaproblem.apple.com?
Search your email for "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple" to find which Apple Account made the purchase. If the charge is pending or the order is unpaid, you may need to wait or pay the order before requesting a refund.
